How do I make it? Sift 2g into a cup. Add 2oz of hot water, around 175°F, not boiling. Whisk until smooth. Add milk if you want a latte. Done. No ceremony required.

How much caffeine? About 70mg per serving. Similar to coffee but hits different. No spike, no crash. Sustained focus for 4-6 hours. That's the whole point.

How long does one bag last? 25 servings at 2g. One latte a day, you're looking at 3-4 weeks. If you pour heavy, closer to 2-3.
